I’m not a great telly watcher but this year my daughter and I have really enjoyed all the chef christmas specials. This recipe for mustard picked pears comes from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Christmas. I can;t wait to try them with Jamie’s Jerky ham hock which I’m going tocook for christmas eve!
