Well what a cold and wet Easter it’s been! As I type it’s still pouring with rain outside, the sky is grey and Ben Hur is trending on Twitter as everyone settles down for a bank holiday epic with a cast of thousands!. Traditionally I always like to get out into the garden and get things planted and sown for the summer but for most of the weekend I’ve been a wimp and just looked out at the greyness from the kitchen window. However late yesterday there was a respite from the rainand I managed a dash into the garden to take a few pictures. I then spent a bit of time this morning adding a few textures to the images. All of those used for the photos that you see here are free downloads from Kim Klassen whose website offers courses, tips and a wealth of information about working with textures.
