Yesterday my son Tom and I were working in Great Yarmouth providing film and photography for Opportunities Norfolk – an event offering advice, guidance and job opportunities for young people. After we’d finished we took a wander into the town for a lunch of chips from the market – it’s all glamour in this business! It was also a trip down memory lane as my Dads side of the family originally came from Great Yarmouth and we spent many family outings as kids taking my Nan back to the town for a lunchtime treat of chips and tripe on the market. I would like to say that sadly there are no tripe stalls left but that was a taste that I never acquired!
After our gourmet lunch – I spruced my chips up with chilli vinegar – we took a quick trip to the beach!
