Yes I poured some red wine – it smelt so lovely! But don’t worry not a drop passed my lips instead it went in with the roast lamb where after a couple of hours it turned into a lovely rich gravy!
This was the hardest day of the Dryathlon so far. I do so love my Sunday’s cooking and sipping a pre meal glass of something while I work. It’s also so nice to wash down a roast with a nice glass of red – but hey ho all in a good cause!
