This feta and lemon dip is lovely and tasty! It is salty, lemony, with a hint of hotness and perfect on salads, on new potatoes, with pittas or as a dip at a summer buffet. The inspiration for the recipe came from Sweet Paul (one of my absolute favourite food Bloggers! – check out his site HERE) And it really couldn’t be any simpler. So here is what you do:
Crumble 200 grams of feta into a bowl and add 3 table spoons of Greek yoghurt, a large minced clove of garlic and the juice and grated zest of a big juicy lemon. Mash with a fork until you have a nice crumbly texture. Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a big pinch of crushed chilli.
See I told you it was easy 🙂
