In spite of good intentions at the weekend I failed miserably to get out in the garden to do the Big Autumn Tidy Up that I’ve been planning. As a result it is still a rather over grown and wilting mess. Sadly I have also neglected the few raspberry canes that I have on the veg patch and many have even gone beyond use in my crock of steeping raspberry gin (recipe coming soon!!) Luckily I love the textures, patterns and muted colours created by decay – what a good excuse to take more photos and add a few subtle textures!
