It’s the 1st of June although you wouldn’t know it. My Facebook feed is full of picture of friends flaming woodburners!
The year is flying by and May was certainly a busy month…
On my morning walks I saw buzzards, a heron, swallows and swifts and heard a cuckoo (walking in Cuckoo Lane).
My son came back from Uni as has been helping me with some film work. He also played a game at Carrow Road and scored a goal in the same week that Norwich won the play off final.
We went to the Radio 1 Big weekend which was amazing (if a little wet at times.) Who would have believed that we would see Taylor Swift and the foo fighters in our little old Norwich Park! Full Blog post coming soon!
We have eaten lots more asparagus and the first Norfolk strawberries – delicious.
My daughter was made Head of House at her school and i bought her a playsuit.
We had a brief spell of warm weather when we managed to eat out doors.
I have dug the vegetable patch and have finally planted my beans.
I had a lovely get together with my oldest school chums again in Norwich.
I’m currently boiling the kettle for a hot water bottle – come soon summer!
